Modeling a Helmet

This tutorial will make use of some of Shade's most fundamental techniques - creating simple contour lines and using Modify->Connection to turn them in to complex curved surfaces. We will model just one half of the helmet, then use Copy->Numeric to create a mirror image on the other side. We will use Create->Sweep Circle to create the trim. We will begin by modeling the cap part of the helmet.
