Using the Alignment Tool to Space Objects Along a Line

Even after using Shade for years, I found that not all the gems had yet been discovered.

One obvious use. In this case, I use Number to arrange the beads from the centre along the left side, then used Copy->Numerical-> X-1 to mirror them on the right side.

Imagine how difficult it would be to manually place the numbers on a triangular clock face! One click and they were placed automatically. Placement begins at the main control point of the line and the objects are placed in the order they were created.
