Pods and ClampsAs well as the standard tripods and monopods, there are other handy devices for steadying the camera. These are two that have solved a lot of problems over their many years of use. These may both be off the market now. |

This one was marketed by Vivitar. It collapses into a very compact form, and expands to be either a table-pod or shoulder gunstock brace. It is primarily tough plastic and is light to carry. |
