Autumn in Alberta

The views from my windows over time, starting with the first yellow tree of 2007

Eventually, we see "termination dust" - the snow that terminates summer.

Happily in this case, the sun came out the next day and melted all but the bit in the shade.

A short way west of the city, is the Unversity of Alberta's lovely Devonian Botanic Garden

Heritage Park in Calgary.

Few things if any, can match the magnificence of our mountain parks.

Then comes the time when it is all over and the termination dust begins to fall.
